We had king room with a private bathroom😃👌

I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was soft.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Lafayette, I had a situation where the room I was initially given was not cleaned properly. However, the hotel staff quickly resolved the issue and provided me with a different room. They assured me that the new room was recently remodeled and it indeed looked fresh and updated. Despite the initial hiccup, I appreciated their efforts to accommodate me.

i was happy with hotel's good location in the middle of jackson. the venue room was cozy, had climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave oven. i liked both wake-up service and neat bed. location: the hotel was near the jungle. there was popeyes louisiana kitchen nearby, offering quick meals.

The front desk lady was polite, down to earth, and helpful. Hope was awesome, friendly, and kind.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel room we were initially assigned was not cleaned and the bathroom door knob was missing. However, the front desk staff quickly took care of the issue and gave us a remodeled room next to the Presidential Suite. The newly renovated room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated their prompt response to our concerns.

My family and I spent our Thanksgiving vacation at a hotel near downtown, and we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. The room had everything we needed, including comfortable beds and free Wi-Fi, which was a real lifesaver for my teenagers. Plus, the hotel was located just a few minutes away from the city's main attractions, making it easy for us to explore the town without worrying about the long commute.

While our stay was enjoyable, there were a few things that could be improved upon. The noise level was rather high at times, especially during the day, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy some quiet time in the room.

Close to the jungle 🌳, the staff is super friendly, and there are lots of tasty breakfast options.

wow, garden plaza really stepped up their game! after my not-so-great past stay in lafayette, i was pleasantly surprised with this place. the front desk lady, hope, was super helpful and made our stay even better. love her! also, loved the entertainment at the club down the hall.

Missing bathroom doorknob.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Hope at the front desk. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the convenient parking and easy access to transportation. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the breakfast was delicious.
